Is It Just Us?
Posted by Diane

We couldn’t help but notice the similarities between this chart:

and this one:

(Available on TeamRankings.com.)

Just sayin'.

That gave me a chuckle! :-)

So does this mean I have a valid excuse to watch basektball at work? :-)

Is it possible to print reversed trees? A chart like that would be a great gift for a basketball fan with the recipient as the "winner". Cheryl

Um, no, there's not much similarity. Really.

The top one is a pedigree chart with no names filled in.

The bottom one is similar to a "bow-tie" chart (descendants and ancestors) with the last generations filled in and none of the middle folks filled in. No wonder no one can predict the winner!

Show me the finished pedigree chart, and a pedigree chart of the NCAA brackets with the winner in spot #1 then they will look the same.

Am I being too literal here? Sorry!

A little bit. Maybe it's the cold medicine:)
